Paul Brydon, DO

As a family medicine specialist, Paul Brydon, DO, provides comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. In addition to practicing the full scope of family medicine, he has special interests in sports medicine, musculoskeletal medicine and preventive medicine.

Dr. Brydon believes the ideal doctor-patient relationship consists of shared decision-making and education. His goal is to provide a supportive environment in which patients can feel comfortable discussing their needs and concerns. In addition, he believes in treating the whole patient and not just the disease or symptoms.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing with his children, as well as hiking, going to the beach, traveling, cooking and golfing.
