Lorian Baker is passionate about providing you outstanding service. Lorian brings exceptional communication and creative problem-solving skills to her position as a Qualcomm Premier Plan concierge. She has more than 25 years of customer service and administrative management experience and is dedicated to helping those in need. 

Outside of the office, Lorian often can be found in the kitchen, trying new recipes and expanding her cooking skills or planning special events. She also loves singing and performing and spending time with her family.

Concierge team member Cliff Bautista is dedicated to providing you with outstanding service. Cliff brings more than 20 years of customer service experience, professionalism and discipline from his military service to his position as a Qualcomm Premier Plan concierge. He is excited to utilize his clinical knowledge as a United States Navy hospital corpsman for Qualcomm Premier Plan members. Cliff earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from San Diego State University. Outside of the office, Cliff has diverse interests, including collecting sneakers and Japanese collectibles, modifying cars and traveling. He also enjoys Kpop music and watching Asian dramas. 

Concierge team member Felicia Vega is dedicated to providing you with outstanding service. Felicia brings more than 20 years of customer service experience and clinical expertise as a pharmacy technician to her position as a Qualcomm Premier Plan concierge. She also has extensive knowledge of Scripps from her experience as a patient service representative the past three years. Her years in the medical field, including referral coordination, have instilled a passion for patient care that she is excited to share with Qualcomm Premier Plan members. When not in the office, Felicia can be found outdoors, particularly the beach or spending time with her family.
