Sherrie St Clair is a certified nurse midwife, with clinical interests in mindful birthing and parenting. Sherrie takes a woman-centered, evidence-based approach to pregnancy, labor and birth. Her goal is to ensure that her patients’ needs and the needs of their family are met, in a sensitive and caring manner. She encourages informed decisions and supports her patients’ choices, to make this time a positive and memorable experience.
In practice since 1995, she started her career in Santa Cruz, California, until she relocated to San Diego in 2008 to work and teach at the Naval Hospital.
In her spare time, she enjoys hiking with her Labrador retriever, yoga, meditation and spending time with her family.
Sherrie obtained her Certified Nurse Midwife Certificate from San Jose State University.
