Virtual classes as part of the Live+Well Wellbeing Program

It’s important to understand how food can affect your body, fuel energy levels and keep your mind and body functioning at their best. The 2024 virtual nutrition classes will help you better understand current diet trends, meal planning and how to make healthy choices when eating out.


Participation will meet the 2024 Live+Well Wellbeing Program’s Health Incentive and you may be eligible to earn $150 (up to $300 with spouse/domestic partner completion) in wellbeing incentive.
